Welcome to the Panthers Netball Club!
The 2023/2024 season looks to be a very exciting season for the Panthers! We are one of the biggest female clubs on campus, with 2 teams that regularly compete in 2 leagues across the Midlands. No matter how much experience you have on court, we welcome all abilities with open arms!
Training
- Monday evening for competitive fitness (5.30-7.30)
- Tuesday evening for recreational playing (5.30pm-7pm)
- Tuesday evening for competitive playing in BUCS (1s and 2s) (7-8.30pm)
Throughout the year there is always room for committed players to move up into these teams even if they don't make the first selection, so please don't be discouraged! A lot of movement takes place within the first few weeks whilst everyone gets used to playing with each other, so stick with us (promise you'll enjoy it too!)
Every year during freshers we hear the same phrase time and time again, 'but I'm not very good at netball'…Us Panthers still have a lot to offer you! We are one of the biggest female sports clubs here at Aston, with over half of these girls being social members. Our close-knit club and family like atmosphere creates those unforgettable memories that you will cherish for a very long time!

Wednesday evenings play host to our weekly sesh! We bond as a club, celebrate our wins (hopefully) and congratulate our players of the match before we head out for a fun night with all the other Aston sports clubs. Our calendar of events for this year is already looking exciting with our traditional PJ hop, Stags and Panthers bar crawl, Walkabout events and still more to come!
