- Check you agree with the terms of any agreement before signing including who is responsible for energy bills which are expected to significantly increase over the next 12 months.

- If you have concerns about your tenancy agreement or feel you are being treated unfairly contact our SU Advice team (advice@aston.ac.uk).
- If you use Mason Knight as a letting agent, our Advice Team (advice@aston.ac.uk) would like to speak to you as soon as possible concerning a potential breach of contract in respect of energy bills.
