Safe and Reliable Accommodation with Aston Student Homes
Welcome to the official Students’ Union Accommodation support service fully endorsed by Aston University.
Our registered properties meet Aston Student Homes standards and have been fully vetted. We aim to
provide you with a range of options to suit your needs. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your
queries. We are happy to support you throughout your accommodation journey.
Housing Support and Rights Advice
Our colleagues in the Students’ Union Advice service provide advice on housing rights for any property or
accommodation regardless of whether it is registered with Aston Student Homes. Get free, impartial and
independent assistance with any issues that may arise during your stay, from maintenance to disputes.
They also offer a tenancy checking service – you can get help understanding your tenancy agreement.

to Friday for further information.
Aston Student Homes Office Hours
Our Office Hours are:
- Monday to Wednesday: 10 AM to 4 PM - we are available in person at the office or online
- Thursday and Friday: 10 AM to 4 PM - we are available online or by phone
