Aston Paediatrics Society, is an exciting opportunity for medical students & nurses to get involved in this field of medicine. We as a society will try to host talks and sessions from people working in paediatrics as health professionals, providing vital information about the course to help develop your knowledge and portfolio, as well as providing an insight into the realities of a career in paediatrics. We will be hosting skill based sessions on the initial management of a seriously ill children and paediatric CPR. Finally we will be offering a chance for volunteers to work at the teddy bear hospital easing childrens fears on going to the hospital or GP.
