Aston Medical Leadership and Management Society (AMLAMS)
The Aston Medical Leadership and Management Society (AMLAMS) is dedicated to empowering the next generation of healthcare pioneers by fostering essential leadership and management skills. Our mission is to inspire and equip medical and healthcare students with the knowledge and confidence to pursue careers not only in clinical practice, but also in healthcare governance, policy, business, and entrepreneurship.
Through workshops, guest speaker events, and interactive training sessions, we provide opportunities to explore key themes such as public health, health advocacy, and medical management. We also look to connect our members with global initiatives, with aspirations of building affiliations with organisations such as the WHO and UNICEF.
Whether you aspire to run your own healthcare business, take on leadership roles in governance, or make an impact in public health, AMLAMS is here to support and guide your journey!

This is to elect the Student Activities Executive Committee for the academic year 2025/26. Bye-law 7 states that Student Activities elected committee is a standing committee of Union Council. With that in mind it would be standard practice that the Student Activities Executive Committee must be approved by the Students' Union Council.
