Benvenuti to our community.
The Aston Italian Society is open to any student who wants to learn about the Italian culture and meet people. Last year, we held popular events such as cocktail nights, themed evenings out and even a lasagna making competition! This year, we aim to host much more!

We want this society to:

  • Be a place where you can relax and be yourself
  • Be a place where you can have fun and discover the essence of Italian culture
  • Be a safe place where you can share your ideas and your opinions
  • Act as a hub for all Italians (as well as others) coming to study at Aston

Student Activities Executive Committee Elections 2025

This is to elect the Student Activities Executive Committee for the academic year 2025/26. Bye-law 7 states that Student Activities elected committee is a standing committee of Union Council. With that in mind it would be standard practice that the Student Activities Executive Committee must be approved by the Students' Union Council.
