School Reps play a key role in ensuring the student voice is heard at a School level. They work closely with Aston Students' Union, University staff, and Student Reps to identify common themes and drive improvements to the student experience.
Unlike Student Reps, who focus on gathering feedback from students on their course, School Reps take a broader view by representing students across their School and contributing to discussions that shape the academic experience.
What Does a School Rep Do?
As a School Rep, you will:

Attend School-level meetings and committees

Work closely with Aston Students' Union and University staff

Identify key themes and trends raised by Student Reps

Help ensure student feedback is represented in decision-making

Support communication between Student Reps and the School

How Are School Reps Selected?
School Reps are appointed through an application process rather than elected. Applications are reviewed by Aston Students' Union and relevant University colleagues to ensure a strong team of representatives across each School.
