Finance and Risk Sub Committee
The F&R subcommittee meeting before every other Trustee Board Meeting. A brief annual report on its outcomes will be published at the end of the year.
Governance Improvement Sub Committee
The GI Sub Committee meets on an as and when basis. For the current year it is working through the Charity Commission Guidance on Good Governance. A report will be produced at the end of the year.
