🎾 Aston Tennis Society

Weekly tennis sessions open to all skill levels — beginner to advanced.

📅 Session Times and Dates 

Mondays: 6.00 – 7.30 PM
Thursdays: 6.00 – 7.30 PM

We will be running from the week beginning 27th April to 15th May

📍 Location: UoB Tennis Courts
🎾 Rackets provided if you don’t have one.

All taster sessions are now complete.

 

💳 Membership – £15

Your membership includes:
• Access to both weekly sessions
• Entry to all society socials

 

🏆 Varsity & Competitive Matches

All matches are now completed for this year.

🚆 Getting There

We meet 45 minutes before each session outside the Tesco on Aston campus and travel together via train from New Street → University Station.

Or you’re welcome to make your own way there.

Student Activities Executive Committee Elections 2026-2027

This is to elect the Student Activities Executive Committee for the academic year 2025/26. Bye-law 7 states that Student Activities elected committee is a standing committee of Union Council. With that in mind it would be standard practice that the Student Activities Executive Committee must be approved by the Students' Union Council.

  • 10 posts are up for election.
  • Nominations close at 10:00 on Thursday 3 September 2026 (in 22 days)
  • The polls open at 16:00 on Monday 7 September 2026 (in 3 weeks and 5 days)
