The Green

The Green is your student residence managed by your Students' Union. Established in 1980, The Green has been offering affordable student housing for Aston Students for many years.

All of the apartments at The Green are suitably furnished, have full double-glazing, a bathroom including baths with a shower and spacious living space for socialising or studying. Similar to other student residences there is an onsite pay as you go laundry, FREE high speed WiFi (for up to eight devices) and the area is monitored by CCTV with good lighting. In addition, unlike other student residences, there is FREE on street parking available to all residents as well as having your own post box so any post or online orders come straight to your front door.

So what accommodation options are available to you?

The residences comprise of 52 terraced houses that have been modernised and converted into 60 apartments. This includes 32 three-bedroom apartments, 8 four-bedroom apartments and 20 one-bedroom apartments. The 1-bedroom flats can accommodate either couples without children or single students (postgraduates and final years are given preference).
