Music Society

Welcome to Aston University Music Society!

Aston Uni doesn't offer music as a degree, but that doesn't mean we should miss out!

We run a Choir, a Big Band, and an Orchestra, and there are pianos around the uni for you to play, so there really is something for everyone!

At the end of both Terms 1 & 2 we hold concerts to showcase the talents and hard work of our ensembles and individual performers from the society to the rest of the university

Membership is just £10 and allows you to join as many of the ensembles as you like, plus gives you acess to book and use our pianos and practice rooms throughout the university building!

If you want a society where you can: 

• Meet new and like minded people
• Find out about local music events
• Have a chance to perform
• Develop your musical ability either as an individual or part of an ensemble
• Give you experience in a team and look great on your CV
• Attend fun socials not just focused on drinking
• Have fun performing and playing music
