Hi! I'm Dan and I'm the Student Engagement Coordinator (Sports) at Aston. I oversee the running of the 25 sports clubs which Aston has to offer. However, if you would like to create a new sports club or would simply like some more information on the existing ones then feel free to contact me.
At Aston we try to cater for all levels of sporting opportunites where possible, from simply turn up and play through to elite level sport. I oversee participation and developmental sports to create opportunities available to all Aston students, no matter your ability. At the same time I coordinate the competitive offering for our clubs, which includes entry into British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) and other respective competitions. Everyone should have the opportunity to engage in physical activity!
