What is Taekwon-Do?
Taekwon-Do was originally a Korean military martial art and is now practiced by millions world-wide as an effective form of self-defence. Taekwon-Do is a great workout for both body and mind whether it is simply a light training session with famil
y and friends, a competition, or even your black belt grading.
Who can do it?
Anyone! Taekwon-Do holds no barriers to gender, age, size or level of fitness. It is suitable for beginners and even the most experienced martial artist. Children and adults alike are enjoying Taekwon-Do all over the world and every one of them is getting something from it.
What will you get from it?
Taekwon-Do is a great way to learn self-defence! It is also a fantastic way to meet new people, exercise and get fit whilst having fun. Everyone gains something from their training, whether it be fitness, better health, flexibility or confidence it can help us all unwind and feel refreshed.
