There is so much going on in the SU, we have lots of exciting thinsgs happening as well as a new food menu at The Lounge and a new Christmas Menu at the Good Place. 
Make sure you pop in or get in touch with me if you have any ideas on how you want your SU to be run.
Please don’t forget to register to vote in the upcoming election, it is so important that your voice is heard, this election will impact your future so please make sure you vote and have your say.

REMEMBRANCE DAY

Monday the 11th of November, marks the day World War One ended.

We will be honouring those who serve to defend our democratic freedoms and way of life, by taking one minute of silence at 11am in the Students Union. 

Students are welcome to join us for one minute of silence.

Then come along to this event to get some placement inspiration.

You'll be able to find out about study and work abroad opportunities, chat to students who recently returned from their international placements, get CV and interview support from the team, and meet international employers.

Its back and better than ever!

Join us at the SU Lounge on Wednesday 13^th November 3pm – 5pm to celebrate student fundraising success.

Expect performances from Dance, ADJ, Music and the Ravens but if that’s not enough there’s also drinks to enjoy concocted by the Cocktail Society and free grub!

CHARITY FOOTBALL MATCH

  Friday 15^th November

A football match in support of men’s mental health charity Tough Enough To Care.

Tournament from 12-2pm on the campus astro - £2 donation per person to play!!

Email union.vpsa@aston.ac.uk to submit a team of 7-10 players or you’re welcome to come as an individual on the day!

Afterwards please join us in the SU lounge for a drink and chat with the lads from Tough Enough To Care to hear more about how you can support the men in your lives to stay safe and well.
