Our aim as a society is to educate, empower, entertain and engage our members. We host a range of social and cultural events from days out, showcases and educational events that help celebrate the African and Caribbean culture, helping society members embrace and intergrate within the society.
Through the provision of regular educational and insightful events, we aim to bestow our members with a matured and enhanced outlook on the world today.
Schemes such as the KPMG and The Great Debate Tour will enlighten not just their skill set but their mentality, thus providing them with an advantageous stance in te world of work/workplace.
Our less educational events embody the cultural attitudes of our members, therefore enabling them to feel like a part of the community and having a second family away from home.

This is to elect the Student Activities Executive Committee for the academic year 2024/25. Bye-law 7 states that Student Activities elected committee is a standing committee of Union Council. With that in mind it would be standard practice that the Student Activities Executive Committee must be approved by council.
