If you have recently undertaken a serology test (swab test) for Coronavirus (Covid-19) please complete the online form here.
If you have not been tested and are experiencing any of the following symptoms you must stay at home to self-isolate and get tested as soon as possible;
- a high temperature,
- a new, continuous cough,
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
You can get a test for free by applying online on GOV.UK, or call 119.
If you need medical advice about your symptoms, go to NHS 111 online coronavirus service or get advice from NHS 111 service. Call 999 if you feel very unwell or think there's something seriously wrong.
If you have symptoms, you and anyone you live with must stay at home (self-isolate) until you get your result, results are normally available within 48 hours. Once you have the result of the test please complete the online form here.
If it has previously been confirmed that you have contracted Coronavirus (Covid-19) and you have undertaken an antibody test please complete the antibody online form here.
