Printer Credits, they're important right?

When I decided to run to be your Vice President Education, I did a little bit of research and asked around to find out what mattered to you and what your academic interests were. From talking to you I quickly realised that you had some concerns over printer credits and a lack of consistency across the University.

Let’s face it: printing credits are useful, but we all use them in different ways. Do you print lecture notes and reading material, or do you just save them for when you need to print assignments? Do you top them up, and if so, how much do you top up by each time?

I am currently looking at printer credits with the University and I want to find out your opinions on printer credits. So if you could please complete our short survey using the link below I can ensure your academic interests are represented on the matter of printer credits.

The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete and your collective voice will go a long way. Everyone that completes the survey and provides their student ID number will be entered into a prize draw to win £10 worth of printer credits.

You have until Wednesday 1st November to complete the survey, at which point we will anonymise the results and present them to the University. We will also let you know the results and what we will be doing about it.

If you have any questions or other thoughts on printer credits or other academic interests that matter to you, can email me (union.vpe@aston.ac.uk) or visit me in the Students’ Union.
