Aston University's Marvel & DC Society

If you favour the Avengers, the Justice League, Ryan Reynolds Green Lantern film (If you can call it a film), or if you just like looking at Chris Evans or Scarlett Johannson on screen for 2 hours doing flips and beating up aliens as if it were nothing then we here at Marvel & DC want you to join our team!

It doesn't matter if you're a die hard comicbook fan or a casual movie goer there is always room for people who enjoy these 2 universes!

Endgame commenced the end (game) of phase 3 but we are now looking to you for the future of phase 4 of Marvel! This is also an exciting time for DC with debut solo movies from characters such as the Joker.

This year we are holding meet-ups every week (on a Monday) with events such as:

  • Movie nights
  • Quiz nights
  • Games nights
  • Trips to comic book stores
  • Socials/Clubbing
  • Group cinema trips:
    • Venom: Let There Be Carnage (October 2021)
    • Eternals (November 2021)
    • Spider-Man: No Way Home (December 2021)
    • The Batman (March 2022)
    • Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (March 2022)
    • Thor: Love and Thunder (May 2022)
  • Group trip to MCM Birmingham Comic Con in March

Membership is £6 and this goes straight back into the society to get you cheaper cinema tickets!
