When the SU building is booked out of hours or if you need ENTS Crew to setup AV equipment, there are charges involved although the event is still subsidised.
The charges are as follows:

£10 per hour: opening the building out of hours. Out of hours times are after 11pm Monday - Friday, any time at the weekends or after 5pm outside of term time.

£10 per hour: for any additional cleaning that is required

£25 for 1 member of ENTS Crew to set up and work an event

£15 per hour: for 1 member of security staff
